Resep Ikan: Pindang Serani Patin

Material:
1 tail (500 g) catfish, cut into pieces
750 ml water
2 large red chilies, seeded, roasted
5 red onions, roasted
3 cloves garlic, roasted
2 cm ginger, thinly sliced
3 cm turmeric, sliced ​​thin
5 star fruit vegetables, roughly sliced
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 bay leaves
10 pieces of red chili sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tsp salt

Method:

* Marinate the catfish with a little lemon juice until blended. Set aside.
* Boil water with spices until boiling.
* Enter catfish, simmer briefly.
* Add pepper and salt. Cook until boiling.
* Remove and serve warm.
