Material:

* 6 bay leaves
* 4 cups coconut milk

* 4 cloves garlic
* ½ teaspoon coriander, roasted
* ½ tsp cumin, roasted
* 10 grains hazelnut

Directions:

* Young Jackfruit sliced ​​4 cm in size and boil with enough water until cooked, remove and drain.
* Dissolve tamarind and brown sugar with a little water.
* Heat oil, saute the spice paste together with bay leaves, water, brown sugar and tamarind water.
