Bahan:
10 lembar kulit siomay, siap pakai
minyak goreng
Adonan Isi, aduk rata:
150 g daging ayam cincang
50 g udang cincang
1 kuning telur ayam
1 sdm daun bawang cincang
1 siung bawang putih, parut
½ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
Cara membuat:
- Isi tiap lembar kulit pangsit dengan adonan isi.
- Bentuk hingga bundar sambil lipat-lipat kelilingnya.
- Goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga kering.
- Angkat dan tiriskan.
- Sajikan hangat dengan saus sambal atau mayones botolan
